[Problem-Solving Case] We want to ensure wear resistance and protection of components at high temperatures.

Preventing wear resistance and powder shedding of carbon! A case study on considering coating for carbon.

We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of wanting to ensure wear resistance and protection of components in a high-temperature environment of 500°C or higher. Initially, we were using a non-coated solution, but there was a possibility of carbon detachment, which could lead to contamination of the surrounding area. Therefore, we applied the heat-resistant and wear-resistant coating CE300-MT. The coating passed the heat resistance test at 600°C, and by covering the surface, we were able to prevent powder shedding. 【Key Points of Problem Solving】 - The environments used by our customers vary from below room temperature to above 1000°C. - Since the characteristics of friction and wear are greatly influenced by temperature, selecting the appropriate coating technology is extremely important. - Our Surface Series offers a lineup that can be used with various materials and environments, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and rubber. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We offer three types of PFAS alternatives – please consult with us once!

Numerous achievements in providing alternatives to PFAS regulations (fluorinated compounds). Introducing our PFAS alternatives.

Currently, there is a strong movement in Europe to regulate PFAS, and many companies in Japan are also starting to stop using fluororesins in food machinery and other applications. Our company offers the following three products as alternatives to PFAS. We also provide various coatings depending on other applications. ■ FCX coat Antonym - Used overseas for baking molds and pan trays - Heat resistance temperature ranges from 200°C to 250°C ■ Ceramic Coating - The coating film is hard and has excellent wear resistance and durability - Can be used safely at high temperatures without the worry of toxic gas emissions ■ PEEK Coating - Excellent slip properties, used in food manufacturing line shooters, etc. - High wear resistance and chemical resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Problem-Solving Case] Measures to Prevent Bolt Seizure in Exhaust System Pipes

There may be a possibility of removal after use! Examples of dry lubrication coating on dry surfaces.

We would like to introduce a case that solved the problem of wanting to prevent the seizing of stainless steel in an environment of 800°C. We were using heat-resistant grease, but there was a possibility of smoke generation in high-temperature areas, and it could also cause difficulties in disassembly after many years of use. Therefore, by applying heat-resistant and wear-resistant coatings, we maintained low torque during assembly. Seizing was prevented even after prolonged use in high-temperature environments, resulting in improved reliability. [Key Points of Problem Solving] - Various components in high-temperature environments face various issues due to the high temperatures. - Friction and wear conditions are more severe at high temperatures than at room temperature, and the progression is also rapid. - Heat-resistant and wear-resistant coatings protect components even in such environments, and the action of solid lubricants can prevent seizing and galling over the long term. - This greatly contributes to improved reliability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
